📞 PHONE NUMBER
Used to verify your identity, prevent fake accounts, and allow direct communication regarding your orders or channel updates.
📲 DEVICE TOKEN
Enables push notifications for real‑time alerts, delivery status, and security warnings (never for spam).
📍 LOCATION
With your permission, we collect location only to show nearby products, improve navigation to pickup points, and suggest relevant stores. Location is never sold or shared with advertisers.
🆔 DEVICE ID
Helps us recognise returning users and keep your session safe from unauthorised access.
✅ RIGHT TO DELETE
You are always in control. If you decide to stop using Ka Step Channel, simply contact us and we'll remove ALL your personal information — phone number, device ID, location history, and notification tokens — from our active databases and backups within a reasonable timeframe. No questions asked.

🔒 NEVER COLLECTED
To protect your privacy, we do not request or store any sensitive financial or identity data:

- ✗ BANK ACCOUNT / IFSC
- ✗ CARD NUMBERS
- ✗ UPI DETAILS
Payments, if any, are processed directly through secure third‑party gateways — we never see your financial credentials.
📍 PERMISSIONS
Device ID, token, and location are only collected after you explicitly grant permission via your device prompt. You can revoke location anytime from system settings. We do not use trackers, fingerprinting scripts, or background location harvesting.
📢 ADMOB & ADS
We use AdMob to show advertisements. AdMob may collect anonymised data to serve relevant ads. We do not share your phone number, location, or device ID with AdMob — but you can review Google's PRIVACY & TERMS for their practices.
- Ads you see are served by third parties; Ka Step Channel does not endorse products shown in ads.
- We recommend you verify any offer or seller before sharing personal details or making payments.
- If an ad seems suspicious or deceptive, please report it to us immediately.
🛡️ DIGITAL CRIME AWARENESS
We believe in educating our community about emerging online threats. Stay alert against:
- DEEPFAKE VIDEOS/AUDIO – used to impersonate someone you know.
- FAKE "DIGITAL ARREST" CALLS – scammers posing as police or officials.
- PHISHING MESSAGES pretending to be Ka Step Channel or other trusted brands.
- TOO‑GOOD‑TO‑BE‑TRUE OFFERS that ask for upfront payment.
We will never call you asking for OTP, password, or money. Stay cautious and spread the word.
🧒 CHILDREN'S PRIVACY
Ka Step Channel is not intended for children under 13. We do not knowingly collect data from minors. If you believe a child has provided information, contact us and we will delete it immediately.
