You can also delete your account directly in the app
If you can still access the Ka Step News app, use these steps:
- Open the app menu and tap My Profile.
- Scroll to the bottom of the profile page.
- Tap Delete My Account Permanently and follow the confirmation steps.
Warning: In-app deletion is permanent. Make sure you want to delete your account before confirming.
Request account deletion
If you cannot delete your account from the app, enter the email address linked to your account below. We will send a one-time verification code before accepting your deletion request. This website form submits a request for review; it does not delete your account immediately.
